Shipping policy

This Policy is operated by www.periplum.in (referred to as "us/we/our"). "Customer", "you" and "your" refers to the person browsing, exploring, or purchasing products from our website.

Shipping Fee

We offer free domestic shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹200 applies.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Each piece is thoughtfully made, so please allow time for it to reach you with the care it deserves.

• Orders are dispatched within 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
• If the piece you've ordered is already in stock, we offer next-day dispatch. Feel free to write to us at info@periplum.in to check stock availability before placing your order.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 working days.

Please note, orders of more than 10 pieces are considered bulk orders. Dispatch timelines and shipping fees for bulk orders will be confirmed with you separately, in consultation with our shipping partner.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available only for orders placed within India.

All COD orders require a prior deposit of ₹500 from the total order value, payable via bank transfer or any electronic payment method. You'll receive a payment link via email and phone within 24–48 hours of placing your order.

• Once the deposit is received, your order will be processed by our team.
• If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• If the parcel is refused at the time of delivery, the deposit paid will be forfeited by Peri Plum.

A Note on Timelines

During festive periods, sales, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or courier delays), dispatch and delivery timelines may be slightly extended. We'll always do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
